The company began its activity in 1980 near Reggio Emilia and since 2000 is located in the new factory at Poviglio (Reggio Emilia – Italy). Since 2007 Amco Veba is part of Hyva group, a leading global provider of innovative and highly efficient transport solutions for the commercial vehicle and environmental service industries. Amco Veba is specialized in the production of hydraulic cranes. We recognise the importance of environmental protection and strive to minimise the environmental impact of our operations by implementing suitable clean and cost-efficient processes and technologies. We are acting to adapt all products and production processes to minimise environmental impact. We are decreasing energy consumption and gaseous emissions, and, our water-based paint systems have reduced solvent emissions.

All Hyva Group operations employ lean and sophisticated production methods introduced for cost and quality reasons, but also offering substantial benefits in terms of reduced environmental impact. Hyva has implemented an Environmental Management System certified to ISO 14001:2004.
